General betting and game rules

You must be aged 18 or over to use our real-money games and betting services. You must provide accurate information, keep your account details up to date and use your own account. We hold a gaming licence and verify accounts as part of our operating and safer gambling obligations.

One account per player

You may hold only one account with us unless we have specifically authorised otherwise. An account must be used only by the person whose name appears on it. You must not allow another person to access, fund or play through your account, and you must not use another person’s account.

If we identify duplicate accounts, inaccurate information, an account being used by someone else or activity that does not comply with these rules, we may suspend the relevant accounts while we make the necessary checks. We may also cancel affected bets, withhold or return funds where permitted by the applicable terms, and ask for information to confirm identity, ownership of payment methods and source of funds.

Real-money and bonus-balance play

Bets and spins may be placed using real-money funds, bonus funds or a combination of balances where the game and applicable bonus terms allow it. The order in which balances are used may depend on the rules of the relevant promotion and the game’s payment settings. Your account and cashier show the balance available for play.

Once a bet, spin or other game action has been accepted by our system, it is final. You cannot cancel, amend or withdraw it after acceptance. This applies even if you change your mind, close the game, lose your connection or leave the website. A bet is accepted only when our systems record it successfully.

Safer play controls

You can use the responsible gambling controls available through your account, including deposit limits and time-outs. Self-exclusion is also available. If gambling is causing concern, support is available from GambleAware, GamCare, GamStop and the National Gambling Helpline. These services are separate from us and can provide practical support.

How bets and spins are settled

The result recorded by the relevant game server is the result used to settle your bet or spin. The game server’s records determine whether an outcome was a win, loss, draw, qualifying result or other result described by the game. Our records may include the time of play, stake, selections, game version, result and balance movement.

The result shown in the game or in your account may take a short time to appear if there is a delay in communication. If the displayed result differs from a later server record because of a technical or communication issue, the server record will be used. We may correct an obvious settlement error and return the account to the position it would have held if the error had not occurred.

Game rules and paytables

The in-game rules, paytable and any help information shown for a game apply to every bet or spin made in that game. They explain the available symbols, winning combinations, features, stake options, qualifying conditions and any relevant limits. You should read them before playing, particularly when a game includes more than one mode or bonus feature.

The return-to-player figure for each game is shown in that game’s information or help area. This figure is a long-term statistical measure and does not predict the result of an individual spin, session or series of bets. It does not guarantee a return, a minimum win or a particular result.

A settled win is credited according to the applicable game rules and paytable. A losing bet is not refunded merely because a similar result later occurs. Where a game has progressive, variable or feature-based outcomes, the information displayed in the game explains how those outcomes are calculated.

Malfunctions, interruptions and disconnected games

A malfunction includes a software fault, communication error, incorrect display, calculation problem, interruption or other technical issue that affects a game, bet, result or balance. If a malfunction affects play, all pays and play affected by that malfunction are void. This means that a displayed win, feature, payout or balance change caused by the malfunction does not create an entitlement to payment.

We may suspend a game, stop further bets, correct a balance or remove an affected result when a malfunction is identified. If money has been credited because of a technical error, we may reverse the incorrect credit. We will not treat a technical fault as a reason to charge you for a bet that our records show was not accepted.

What happens after disconnection

If you lose your connection during a game, do not assume that the bet has failed or that it can be placed again. Depending on the game, an interrupted session may resume when you reconnect or the bet may settle automatically using the server record. The result, stake and any return will be shown in the game or account once processing is complete.

You should check your account before trying to repeat an interrupted action. If the same bet or spin is submitted more than once and each submission is accepted, each accepted action may be treated as a separate bet. Contact support if the position remains unclear after reconnection.

Bonus play and promotional balances

Bonus funds are subject to the bonus terms shown when the offer is made and accepted. Those terms may explain eligibility, the qualifying deposit or action, the games that count, wagering requirements, expiry, withdrawal conditions, maximum winnings and the treatment of remaining bonus funds. The relevant terms apply alongside these Betting and Game Rules.

You must not claim or use a bonus in a way that abuses an offer, circumvents its conditions or gives an unfair advantage. We may refuse, remove or cancel a bonus where the bonus terms have not been followed or where an account is not eligible. Any resulting adjustment will be shown in your account where practicable.

Maximum bet and game contributions

A maximum bet may apply while bonus funds or bonus winnings are in use. The maximum includes any stake, ante, side bet, feature purchase or other amount specified in the applicable bonus terms. If the terms set a lower maximum than the game normally permits, the lower maximum applies.

Not every game contributes equally towards a bonus requirement. The contribution rate for each game, or the fact that a game does not contribute, is set out in the relevant bonus terms. A game may also be excluded from bonus play altogether. Playing an excluded game will not create progress towards the requirement and may affect eligibility where the terms say so.

If a bonus is removed, expires or is completed, the balance available for withdrawal is calculated under the applicable bonus terms. You can contact support through live chat or by e-mail if you need help understanding which balance or requirement applies.

Live casino and table games

Live casino and table games are played according to the rules displayed in the relevant table’s help section. Those rules explain the available bets, dealing procedure, betting periods, minimum and maximum stakes, side bets, payouts and any special conditions. You should read the table information before placing a bet.

Dealer decisions and recorded outcomes

The dealer’s decisions and the outcome recorded by the live game system determine settlement, subject to the game-specific rules. This includes decisions about whether a bet was accepted before betting closed, whether a card or other item was dealt correctly, and whether an action was valid under the table rules.

Late bets are not accepted. A bet placed after the betting period has closed, or received by the system after the closing point, may be rejected or returned without settlement. If a bet appears on screen but was not accepted by the system, it is not a valid bet. The server record is final for deciding whether the bet was accepted.

If a live table is interrupted, the game may resume from the recorded point or settle using the recorded outcome. A table may be paused or closed if there is a technical issue, an irregularity or a need to protect the integrity of play. Do not place another bet until the status of the interrupted game is clear.

Where a live game has its own rules about void rounds, misdeals, incorrect dealing or table procedures, those rules apply. If there is a conflict between a general description and the specific rules shown at the table, the specific table rules govern that game.

Disputes and questions about a result

If you believe that a bet, spin or table game has not been settled correctly, contact us as soon as possible. E-mail support@kcasinocasino.co.uk or use the live chat on the site. We will look into the account and game records that relate to the matter.

Information to include

  • The name of the game or table.
  • The approximate time and date of the bet, spin or round.
  • The round, bet or transaction reference, if one is shown in your account.
  • The stake, selection and result you expected, together with the result displayed.
  • A clear description of what happened, including any disconnection or error message.

Please do not send your password or full payment details in a dispute message. We may ask for additional information to confirm that you are the account holder or to locate the relevant transaction. We will use the game server records, account history, applicable game rules, bonus terms and technical records when considering the issue.

A result will not be changed solely because the outcome was unexpected, a winning combination was close or a later result was different. Where there is a confirmed error, we will take the corrective action required under these rules and the applicable account terms. If you remain dissatisfied, support can explain the next step available through our complaints process.
